Full price and some discounted tickets are available online. If you require any other reduced price tickets please contact the Box Office on 0121 780 3333.
There is a £1 postage and administration charge for on-line bookings.

There is an optional £2.00 postage and administration charge. Alternatively you can collect tickets from the Box Office at either Town Hall or Symphony Hall in advance and from the venue on the day of performance.

On entering the ICC (International Convention Centre) through the main entrance on Centenary Square the Box Office is to your right.
Town Hall
On entering from the main entrance in Victoria square the Box Office is to your right.

Please include details of the performance(s) and tickets required (including discounts) together with your name, address and daytime, evening and mobile phone numbers. Please give alternative seating areas wherever possible to avoid delay should your first choice be unavailable.
Add £2.00 to the cost of your tickets for administration, post & packing and enclose payment.
If you are paying by credit/debit card please include the expiry date and issue number for Solo and Maestro. Please give the name and address of the registered cardholder (tickets will be sent to this address).
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Performances Birmingham Ltd’ with the amount left open, but an upper limit stated in the bottom left hand corner.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
Booking Fees
There are No Booking Fees for concerts and events at Town Hall and Symphony Hall if you book through our Box Offices.

Symphony Hall – Disabled access to Upper Circle & Grand Tier seats
Lifts are available to access the seating in the upper levels of Symphony Hall but then there are steps within the auditorium up to all rows with the exception of Row A.
